  • Who do you use for your deliveries?
  • I have made an order, how do I know when it’ll arrive, and can I make changes to my delivery preferences?
You will receive a notification as soon as we book in your delivery with DHL, they will then notify you of a slot that your delivery will be attempted. You can then give preferences via this notification.
  • How long do orders take to arrive?
If you complete your order before 12pm Mon-Fri, then your package should arrive on the next working day. If you make an order on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be packed and collected by our courier on Monday for a Tuesday delivery. However, this will change during holiday periods including Bank Holiday weekends. We will always notify you of earliest delivery days during these periods. Zones C & D will incur further cost and longer delivery times, these will be calculated during checkout.
  • Do you offer next day delivery?
Although our deliveries are Next Working Day, this can of course vary due to unforeseen circumstance and your location. When you go through the order page and confirm your delivery address, the page will state estimated delivery time.
  • How much does your delivery cost?
    Zones A & B - £8.50 Zone C - £14.99 (free for orders over £114.99) Zone D - £16.99 (free for orders over £116.99)
  • How long will my beer keep for?
Each beer will have a Best Before End (BBE) date on them, this can vary depending on the beer and type and should be used as a guide. Craft beers in cans generally have a 6 month shelf life after canning, and bottles up to 5 years. If any of our stock reaches the 1 month left point, we will state this on the product information page. To ensure they keep at their best, it is advised that as soon as practicably possible after delivery, you should get your beers into the fridge. Not only do we love a cold one, but they’ll keep better this way and most craft beers need to be kept at 5°c or below anyway. We very much doubt a beer lover will ever allow one's beers to get that far down the line though!
  • Should I give them a shake before opening?
Some of the Craft Cans and Belgian bottles have sediment settle on the bottom. We suggest that you very carefully rotate your vessel to release this and mix back in with the beer. DO NOT SHAKE YOUR BEER.
